Hot Drinks for Cold Nights

5 parts Kamora® Coffee Liqueur
1 part DeKuyper® ButterShots® Butterscotch Schnapps
2 ½ parts Jim Beam Black® Bourbon
Strong hot coffee to fill
Add ingredients into a coffee mug. Serve Dark Star hot with double-strength or Italian coffee. Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon stick.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 oz./3 cl./1 part or half of Carolans Irish Cream
- 1 cup coffee
- 1 oz./3 cl./1 part Irish Whiskey
- Top Cream
PREPARATION
- Fill an Irish coffee glass with very hot water to pre-heat, then empty it.
- Pour hot coffee into the hot glass until it is about half full.
- Drop in 2 cocktail sugar cubes; stir until sugar throughly dissolved.
- Add equal parts of Carolans Irish Cream and Irish Whisky for proper taste and body. Top with a collar of lightly whipped cream by pouring gently over a spoon.

1 Part Fireball® Cinnamon Whiskey
2 Parts Chai Tea
2 Parts Milk
Heat Milk and Chai mix in a coffee mug, and then add the Fireball. (Or just pick up a chai tea latte at your local coffee joint and add Fireball.)

Don Q's Hot Buttered Rum
1 stick Unsalted, Softened Butter
2 cups Brown Sugar
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
Pinch Ground Cloves
Pinch Salt
3 oz. Don Q Añejo
1 oz. Boiling Water
The butter: In a bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt. Refrigerate until almost firm.
The drink: Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the butter mixture into a mug. Fill the mug with the rum, and top with boiling water.
Stir and enjoy!
